TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
DEFINITION AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract (from now on “Contract”) is a distance contract in accordance with article 50 and following of the legislative decree of September 6, 2005 number 206 “consumer code”. The Contract has as its object the sale of movable goods between Meo Fusciuni srl with registered office in Piazza Libertà, 10 Salsomaggiore Terme (PR) and the consumer (from now “Customer”). The Contract is concluded directly through Meo Fusciuni’s acceptance of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer through the website www.meofusciuni.com.
PRODUCTS
All prices of products on Meo Fusciuni’s website include VAT.
When making a purchase, the Customer agrees to receive the products purchased according to product codes (SKUs) and, if present, bar codes (EANs).
Images and descriptions on the site are for illustrative purposes only and may not be up to date.
PAYMENT METHODS.
Purchases made on www.meofusciuni.com are secure and guaranteed and can be made with the following payment methods:
– By credit card with Stripe system
– With Pay-Pal system
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Meo Fusciuni accepts Customer orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products existing in stock. Therefore, Meo Fusciuni’s acceptance of the purchase proposal forwarded by the Customer is subject to the stock availability of the products themselves.
Meo Fusciuni undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseeable stock-outs due to excess demand or other causes. In the event that the products are immediately available in stock, Meo Fusciuni undertakes to ship the products to the address indicated by the Customer, respecting the timelines indicated on the shipping methods and costs page. Meo Fusciuni reserves the right to hold the shipment of products in abeyance or to cancel orders in case the data provided during the purchase process are missing or incorrect.

CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Customer represents and warrants:
– That he/she is a consumer in accordance with Article 3 of the Consumer Code
– That he/she is of legal age
– That the data provided by him/her for the execution of the Contract are correct and true
THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without specifying the reason, within 10 days of receipt of the products.
Send an email to shop@meofusciuni.com specifying “RETURN” in the subject line. Once your return has been approved, we will give you more information on how to proceed. Be sure to put a copy of the Order Confirmation inside the package.
The Customer who intends to avail himself of the right of withdrawal must return the products perfectly intact and unused (still cellophane wrapped), absolutely in the same packaging in which they were received, to the address indicated on the invoice / shipping document within 10 days of receipt of the products. Along with the products to be returned, the commercial online sales document originally attached to the shipment must be combined.
According to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer shall not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
– Products used even minimally (e.g. perfume opened and sprayed) or damaged
– Products opened by the Customer, therefore no longer intact or without plastic cover
– Products invoiced to companies and not to individuals, that is, purchased with VAT number
Goods once arrived at our warehouse, will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport
Pickup arrangements and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the products at the warehouse Meo Fusciuni, after verification of the integrity of all products. If the returned products are found to be used, damaged, opened, or in packaging other than the original, Meo Fusciuni will not be able to refund or replace the products.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Meo Fusciuni undertakes to carefully pack all products shipped to the Customer, however in exceptional cases there may be damage during transport. In the event that the package is obviously tampered with on the outside, the Customer is required not to pick it up or to pick it up with reservation: otherwise, Meo Fusciuni will not take any responsibility. Following the rejection or withdrawal with reservation of the package with damaged packaging, the Customer is required to notify Meo Fusciuni within 2 days from the date of delivery, in order to allow the verification procedures provided for with the courier in charge of the shipment and to agree, if necessary, on a replacement or refund.
STOCK CHARGES
The Customer is informed by email of the progress of the shipment.
The courier makes two pass attempts: if on the first pass the Customer is absent, the courier will pass again on the next business day, unless the delivery area is served by the courier on alternate days. Should the Customer also be absent on the second pass, the package will go into storage at the depot closest to the delivery area. The Customer, at this point, will have to take care personally to go and pick up the package within 2 working days, paying the relevant storage fees that increase from day to day and whose amount is determined independently by the locations themselves.
Meo Fusciuni may decide, in the event that the Customer fails to nod within 2 working days, to unblock the storage by having the package returned to the sender’s location.
Meo Fusciuni is required to return to the Customer the amount previously advanced, deflated by the costs of storage and return shipping to be quantified on a case-by-case basis.
FORCE MAJEURE
In any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, Meo Fusciuni shall not be held responsible for the delay or non-delivery and reserves the right to terminate all or part of the contract and suspend or postpone its execution.
